We provide a free preliminary budget based on the amount of bedrooms and bathrooms that you want in your new home. 

Why?

We sit with you to go over your desired finishes to build each incremental cost of your home. Our preliminary details eliminate future change orders. Our budgets are 12-20 pages long filled with all of the items needed to build your home. We do this prior to engaging any of our Architect Firms. 

Because

We use our 40+ years of building experience to map out all of the costs of your custom home. When we meet with our Architect Firm we guide them to design your house to fit your budget! This is a much more efficient approach than designing something that ends up not fitting your budget.

Sure many use a square foot cost approach to associate a design. In this situation, we are re-using your existing block walls and there is a fine line between creating or losing value in saving the block. That is where our experience comes in to play for you. We know when and how to use the block without adding excessive cost to your build.

We are providing you 12-20 pages of detailed line items and values prior to having plans in front of us.

Ok let’s be honest. This is construction…we are not splitting atoms! A house is a house, a bedroom a bedroom, and bath a bath. They are all built generally the same way, with the same walls. Shapes, sizes, materials, all change. We work with your block footprint which provides the size, we work with your budget and this provides the material and techniques.
